Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using tripcheep.com (the "Site") operated by Tripcheep ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Description of service

Tripcheep is a flight fare search aggregator. We display flight search functionality and redirect users to third-party booking partners (such as KAYAK) via affiliate links. We do not sell airline tickets, make reservations, process payments, or act as a travel agent. All bookings are made directly with the partner site you are redirected to.

2. No booking relationship

When you click through to a partner site, you enter into a booking relationship with that partner — not with Tripcheep. We are not a party to any contract between you and the airline, hotel, or online travel agency. We are not responsible for the accuracy of partner pricing, availability, booking confirmation, or fulfillment of travel services.

3. No price guarantees

Airfares change in real time. The prices shown by our search widget are sourced from partners at the moment of your query and may not be available when you arrive on the partner site. We make no guarantee that any fare will be available at the displayed price or at all.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
  • Scrape, crawl, or systematically download Site content without our written permission
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its infrastructure
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Site or servers connected to the Site
  • Transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code
  • Use automated tools to generate fake clicks on advertising

5. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is owned by or licensed to Tripcheep and protected by US and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our express written permission.

Airport and city data is sourced from OurAirports (Public Domain). Airline names, logos, and trademarks referenced on the Site are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES.

7. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TRIPCHEEP AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ANY PARTNER BOOKING — INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR TRAVEL DISRUPTION — EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS (USD $100).

8. Third-party links

The Site contains links to third-party websites and services. These links are provided for your convenience; we do not endorse and are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party site. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk.
